“This is a great place to live if you don't have a car! It is served by 3 bus lines that connect you to the different parts of the city and it's also just a short walk to the DuPont Circle Metro station. Staff is attentive and friendly and the building is secure, clean and well maintained. Beautiful gardens and great amenities incl. a fitness ctr., bike storage and a party patio with grills and tables. Several grocery stores, two libraries and the Kennedy Center all within a mile.”

“Excellent area, lovely units, and great service! The staff are always quick to respond and they care about their tenants. As a student, I love this complex because it’s close enough to walk to school and close enough that I can walk to get groceries at Safeway or Trader Joe’s. Also, it’s in an extremely safe neighborhood so I never have to worry when I walk to school or return home, regardless of the time. It’s very close to M Street as well—I can walk to work! The location is one of the best that I’ve found in D.C. Also, the community within the complex is wonderful. Kew Gardens hosts events periodically (with food!) to get the residents together, and it’s always a great time. Marina, Harvey, José, and everyone here go above and beyond their duties to ensure the Kew Gardens community is safe, happy, and cared for. And, most importantly (to me, as a cat owner) it’s very pet-friendly and accommodating.”
